This legal notice governs access to, browsing of, and use of the Foundation’s website.
Access to and use of the website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of the conditions set out herein, as well as of any applicable legal provisions.
The Foundation reserves the right to modify, update, or remove, at any time and without prior notice, the contents, presentation, or configuration of the website. Publication on the website itself shall be deemed sufficient notice.
TERMS OF USE AND LIABILITY
The Foundation does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors in access to the website, nor that the content will be permanently up to date, although it will make reasonable efforts to prevent, correct, or update them where appropriate.

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes arising from access to or use of the website, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, unless the applicable regulations establish another mandatory jurisdiction.

The data subject may exercise the rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as withdraw consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing).
